I wrote this blog first time!
Today, I'm going to go to part time job at24:00 to 7:00. I think most people spend a holiday(GW!), so maybe veeeeery busy tonight and midnight.
Now our restaurant serve mango from Philippine, that's taste very good ;-)! I didn't like mango before, but I noticed it's very delicious!***
BUT it bother me when I prepare mango sauce and cut some mangos for parfait.Because quantity is too much(I cut more than 30 mangos!) and it smells very strong! It's hard work.
It smells not good, but to make some desserts are very fun for me.Now I can make some mango parfait, galette, and so on. I want to make our guests happy from our desserts!
I'll work hard during GW, but everyone, have a nice holiday!

That's good that you are learning how to make some desserts, but your job sounds very hard! Take care of your health!
ReplyDeleteIn Thailand, there is a mango+rice dish that is very good, like a sweet dessert.
